Commercial coordination
A single temporary or contract placement can touch an agency, an umbrella company, an end client and a worker — each with different systems, different information requirements and different commercial terms. Coordination means keeping those relationships working together in one structured arrangement.
We coordinate relevant commercial relationships and provide structured support covering workforce funding, payment administration, staffing requirements, documentation and ongoing account management.

Funding
Where an arrangement qualifies and has been agreed, Saturn supports workforce funding for qualifying workforce-related costs. Funding is structured around a commercial assessment, an agreed limit and documented terms — it is not offered as an off-the-shelf facility.
Saturn is not a bank, a lender, a regulated lender or a credit provider, and nothing on this website should be read as a claim to any of those statuses.

Workforce
Some requirements are about capacity rather than capital. Where a recruitment business needs additional temporary, contract or contingent personnel, workforce support can be discussed as part of the same commercial relationship.
Workforce support is subject to requirement, availability, scope, sector considerations and agreed commercial arrangements. Saturn is not an umbrella company, a payroll bureau or an employer of record.

Administration
Payment information, invoices, agreements, workforce records and supporting documentation tend to accumulate across different places. Saturn provides commercial administration so the record of an arrangement stays connected and can be reviewed without reconstructing it first.

Reconciliation
Reconciliation is where a funding arrangement becomes legible. Funded costs, payments, administrative charges and the applicable premium are reviewed so the commercial position for a period is clear to the parties involved.

Transparency
Limits, responsibilities, charges and the treatment of the applicable premium are agreed in advance and documented. Where something is subject to assessment, availability or individual terms, it is described that way rather than implied to be automatic.

Responsibility
Coordination does not transfer obligations. Employment, payroll, tax, statutory, regulatory and contractual responsibilities depend on the role of each participating party and the underlying arrangement, and they remain with the organisation to which they apply.

Each party remains responsible for the legal, employment, payroll, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations applicable to its role.
