Funding arrangements

Funding availability is not guaranteed. All arrangements are subject to commercial assessment, eligibility, agreed limits, contractual documentation and individual terms.
Initial period and applicable premium
Subject to approval and agreed commercial terms, qualifying workforce-related costs may be funded during an initial period of up to six months. Any initial funding period is subject to agreement.
Where agreed, the applicable premium is not charged during the initial six-month funding period.
Following the initial six-month period, the applicable premium is charged in accordance with the agreed commercial terms and qualifying costs funded under the arrangement.
The six-month premium treatment described on this website only applies where it has been expressly agreed in writing as part of an individual arrangement. Nothing on this site should be read as describing interest-free, 0%, free or no-cost funding.
Staffing and workforce support
- Staffing support is subject to availability.
- Workforce roles are subject to agreed scope.
- Support is subject to requirement, role, sector, location and commercial agreement.
- No guarantee of worker availability or supply is given.
Saturn does not carry out worker screening, right-to-work verification, DBS checking, professional registration checking or payroll tax compliance.
Umbrella relationships and payment administration
Umbrella relationships are governed by separate commercial arrangements between the relevant parties. Payment administration provided by Saturn is governed by the agreed scope of the arrangement in question.
Third-party providers, including umbrella companies, end clients and payroll providers, have their own separate responsibilities. Their performance is not guaranteed by Saturn.
Responsibilities of participating parties
Each participating party retains its own responsibilities under the relevant contractual, employment, payroll, tax, regulatory and legal arrangements.
- Employment obligations remain with the relevant party.
- Payroll obligations remain with the relevant party.
- Tax responsibilities remain with the relevant party.
- Regulatory responsibilities remain with the relevant party.
Each party remains responsible for the legal, employment, payroll, tax, regulatory and contractual obligations applicable to its role.
Information, accuracy and timing
- The quality of any output depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer and other parties.
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping it up to date.
- Timing may depend on supporting documentation being provided, and on the actions of third parties.
- Commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
