Workforce funding
Workforce funding built around an agreed commercial arrangement.
Funding here is not a product taken off a shelf. It is a structure agreed between the parties — what qualifies, up to what limit, on what terms and how it will be reconciled.

- Agreed limits
- Documentation
- Reconciliation
01 The requirement
Workforce costs arrive on their own timetable.
Recruitment businesses commit to workforce-related expenditure in order to fulfil assignments, then operate against customer payment cycles that run to their own agreed terms. The gap between the two is a commercial and administrative problem before it is anything else.
Where an arrangement qualifies, Saturn can support that position through structured workforce funding — established through assessment and agreement rather than applied automatically.
Funding availability is not guaranteed. All arrangements are subject to commercial assessment, eligibility, agreed limits, contractual documentation and individual terms.
02 What the arrangement covers
Ten things established before funding begins.
Each of these is discussed, documented and agreed. None of them is assumed.
- Workforce expenditure
- The workforce-related costs the business expects to incur, and the pattern they follow.
- Payment cycles
- How and when the business is settled by its own customers, against those costs.
- Funding requirement
- What is actually needed, over what period, and for what purpose.
- Commercial assessment
- Review of the company, the arrangement and the supporting information provided.
- Eligibility
- Whether the proposed arrangement and the costs within it qualify for support.
- Agreed limits
- A funding limit proposed and agreed in writing rather than assumed.
- Funding period
- The defined initial period and how the arrangement continues after it.
- Documentation
- Contractual and supporting records that evidence the arrangement.
- Applicable charges
- Administrative charges and the applicable premium, confirmed in advance.
- Reconciliation
- Review of funded costs and transactions to a clear commercial position.

05 Important
What this page does not say.
Precision matters in funding language, so it is worth being explicit about the limits of what is described here.
